Running Vasundhra Homes Pvt. Ltd. keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. Our office is located at Balbir Villa, right on Main Ashok Nagar Road in Ranchi. It’s a familiar spot for many people living around here in Jharkhand. We’ve been operating from this villa for quite some time, and it has a bit of character to it. It’s not like those glass buildings you see in the big cities, but it works perfectly for us. We spend a lot of our time going over site plans and meeting with contractors. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we prefer it that way. It keeps the energy up. We deal with all kinds of home-related projects, trying to make sure things move along as they should. Ranchi is growing fast, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have a massive staff, just a few dedicated people who know their stuff. If you walk into Balbir Villa, you’ll probably see someone on a landline or drinking tea while looking at a map. We like to keep things local and grounded. There’s no need for big speeches or complicated jargon here. We just talk like regular people and do the work that needs doing. It’s a decent living and we enjoy being part of the community here in Ashok Nagar.
