If you are walking down Main Road near the Over Bridge, you might notice Arjan Palace. We are located up on the fourth floor of that building. The view from our windows gives a pretty good look at the constant traffic and the crowds moving about here in Ranchi. Main Road is almost always packed, so just getting to the entrance can be a task in itself during the middle of the day. Our office is a very simple space. We have the usual desks and a lot of paper folders stacked around the place. If the elevator is having a bad day, it’s a bit of a climb, but we are used to it. Most of our hours are spent right here, dealing with whatever files come across the desk. It’s a very straightforward environment without any big signage or anything flashy to catch the eye. We just focus on the job at hand. Some days are much slower than others, which lets us catch up on our filing and organizing. The office has a few windows that let in some light, though it can get pretty hot in the summer months if we don't keep the fans going. People usually find their way to us after seeing our small board downstairs. We keep things quite informal and just work through our daily list. It's a busy building but our corner stays steady.
