Usha Martin Ltd

We are located at the Get Hostel in the Tati Silwai area of Ranchi. Tati Silwai is well known for its heavy industrial vibe, and our office is right in the middle of all that action. It is part of the Usha Martin complex there. It is not your typical corporate office building; it is more of a functional workspace within the hostel area itself. This means we see a lot of people coming and going at all hours. It is a very active and lively place to be. We handle a lot of the ground-level operations from this spot. There is almost always someone working here, whether it is early in the morning or late into the evening. The rooms are very basic, just some desks, chairs, and metal filing cabinets. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, maybe just a map or a calendar pinned up. It is all about getting the work done. We deal with the production side of things mostly. The sound of the machinery from the nearby plant is always there in the background. It is a bit dusty and loud, but that is just how things are in Tati Silwai. We aren't here to look pretty; we are here to make sure the steel products get out the gate on time. We have a small canteen nearby where we grab our meals together. It is a very tight-knit group. We don't use fancy titles or have long meetings. We just talk and get things sorted.
