Usha Martin Limited Ranchi

Our office is located out on Shankarpur Road in the Parsudih area of Jamshedpur, even though the company name says Ranchi. We are right near the Gramin Bank, which is the easiest way to find us if you are coming down this way. The road can be a bit bumpy depending on the time of year, especially after the rains. We work for Usha Martin Limited and this branch is a bit more on the edge of town compared to others. It is a simple building without much to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our desks set up in a way that lets us talk to each other while we work. There is a small window that looks out toward the road, and we can see the people going back and forth to the bank all day. It is generally a quiet place to work, which is nice when we have a lot of numbers to crunch or reports to write. We don't have any expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets, just the basics that we need to get through the work week. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We take pride in just doing a steady job and staying out of the way of all the city center chaos. It’s a decent place to spend eight hours a day, and we all get along well enough.
