Usha Martin Industries Limited

We are located over in Ansar Nagar, right near Karbala Chowk here in Ranchi. It is a busy part of town and you can always hear the traffic outside our windows on A. Rahman Road. Most of us have been working at Usha Martin Industries Limited for quite some time now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our daily tasks done and try to stay organized. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fans are usually running at full speed. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and chat for a bit. There is a small tea stall just down the street where we go for a break when things get too quiet or too stressful. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. People around here know where we are because we have been in this spot for years. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is not too bad. We know our neighbors and they know us. The floors are a bit worn down from people coming in and out, but that’s just how it is in an old industrial office. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun starts to go down. It’s a basic life, but it works for us.
