We operate out of New Kishore Ganj in Ranchi. The office is right on Harmu Road, specifically Road Number 4. If you know Jharkhand, you know this part of Ranchi is always moving. We’ve been working as builders and developers here for some time. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent looking at site plans or talking to workers. We aren't the type of company that puts up massive billboards of ourselves. We just focus on the construction projects we have in front of us. Our office is a simple place where people can come to discuss their building needs. We use plain English and tell it like it is. Construction can be messy and complicated, so we try to keep the business side of it as simple as possible. We’ve been in this spot at 834001 for long enough that most locals know where we are. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here from Harmu Road. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that’s just how the building trade works. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to build things that stay up and make sure the development work gets done correctly. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how Ranchi works. We just keep our heads down and get the building projects finished as best as we can without making any fuss.
