True Dentist Dental Clinics is located on the 5th floor of Riya Plaza. We are right at the Kokar Chowk in Ranchi, which is a very busy spot. Being up in Flat No. 501 means we are away from the noise of the street, though you can still hear the traffic if the windows are open. This is an OPC, so it is a small operation. We have a couple of dental chairs and the equipment we need for checkups and basic work. The waiting room is just a small space with a few chairs and some old magazines. We do not have a big team of receptionists or a fancy coffee machine. Usually, it is just one of us greeting you when you walk in. The building has an elevator, which is lucky because five floors is a long climb. Ranchi has a lot of big clinics, but we like our small corner here in Kokar. We see people who work in the nearby offices or live in the apartment blocks around the plaza. Our records are kept in a simple computer and some physical files. We do not do any big marketing or social media stuff. Most patients just find us because they saw the sign on the building or someone told them about us. It is a simple, no-fuss place to get your teeth looked at. We have been in Jharkhand for a few years now and we just keep doing our thing.
