You can find us at Tirath Mansion, which is right on the Main Road in Ranchi. It’s a central spot, so we see a lot of what goes on in the city from here. The address is 834001, which is pretty much the hub of everything. Travels & Rentals has been operating out of this building for a good while. The mansion has its own character, a bit old-fashioned maybe, but it suits us. It’s a busy area, so there is always noise from the street, and finding a place to park can be a bit of a challenge some days. Inside the office, it's pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs that have been here since we opened, and a lot of logbooks. We don't use much fancy software; we still like writing things down sometimes. It feels more real that way. The team here is small, just a couple of folks who know the routes and the vehicles. We don't spend money on big decorations or fancy lighting. It’s more important that the coffee is hot and the files are in the right place. We deal with people going here and there all day long. Some stay for a chat, others are in a big rush. We just take it as it comes. The sun hits the front window in the afternoon, making it a bit warm, but we just open the windows and let the air in. It’s just a normal workplace for us.
