Til Limited

Til Limited has been here in Ranchi for a while now. Most days it is just us keeping things moving and dealing with the various tasks that come through the door. Jharkhand has its own rhythm and we have settled into it quite well. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space where the work gets done. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the heavy rain makes travel a bit of a mess but we manage to keep the doors open. People stop by and we handle what is needed without much fuss. It is mostly about showing up every morning and making sure the day goes as planned. We do not really do big meetings or long speeches here. Usually we just chat over a cup of tea and then get back to whatever is sitting on the desk. The team is small but everyone knows their job. It feels more like a small family than some big corporate office. We have seen the area change over the years with more buildings going up and more traffic on the roads outside. But inside these walls things stay pretty much the same. We take care of the paperwork, check the logs, and keep the equipment running. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby. But we like it here. It is our home during the work week. We do not try to be something we are not. We are just people in Ranchi doing our daily work.
