The Supreme Industries Ltd.

Our office is at House No.-B-159 in the Harmu Colony area of Ranchi. Being here in Jharkhand is different from working in the big metros, as the pace is a bit more relaxed. The Supreme Industries Ltd. runs out of this house that we converted into an office. It is a comfortable place to spend the day. We don't have a big neon sign or a fancy lobby to impress people. Most folks find us just by looking for the house number on the street. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it stays fairly quiet, which helps us get things done. We are a small team and most of us have worked together for a long time. There is no real hierarchy; we all just do what needs to be done at the moment. Sometimes we sit out on the small porch during our breaks if the weather isn't too hot. Ranchi looks great during the monsoon, even if the rain makes the roads a bit difficult. We don't have a marketing department to write fancy words. We just handle our day-to-day work and try to keep things as simple as possible. There is always a lot of paper moving across our desks. We aren't trying to change the whole world. We just want to do a decent job and head home. It is a straightforward business run by straightforward people.
