The Jyk Architects

We're located over in Bariatu, specifically at Shelter Hill View. It’s a quiet spot near the Firing Range. Some days it’s just us sketching away on Lalu Kathal Road. We’ve been here for a bit now. People usually find us easily because of the landmark. It's an apartment setup, nothing too fancy. We handle building plans and drawings. Most mornings start with tea and looking at site maps. Sometimes the traffic on Dipakar Nagar gets a bit much, but it’s home for the office. We don't have a big front desk or anything. Just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. If you're coming from the main part of Ranchi, you just head towards the Firing Range. We usually have a few projects going at once. It's a small team here. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the prints get everywhere. It gets busy, especially when deadlines are close. We like working in this part of town. It's not as loud as the city center. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along at different sites. Usually, one of us is out in the field while the others stay back at the apartment to finish up the technical stuff. It works for us. We've got some old stools and a big table for layouts. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to say hello. It's that kind of place. We keep the windows open when the weather is nice.
