We are located in Ranchi, over on Devi Mandap Road near Ratu Road in the Hesal area. The office is actually situated within the property of Kamta Prasad Sinha. It’s a bit of a residential-feeling spot, but we have our operations set up inside. Being in Jharkhand, we see a lot of different weather, from heavy rains to very dry heat. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, which makes things interesting when we are trying to get to work. Inside, it’s mostly just rooms filled with desks and a lot of files. We have been operating from this location for a while, and the neighbors are all used to us being here. It’s not the kind of place with a big glass front or a receptionist in a suit. We usually just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks. Most of our day is spent dealing with the administrative side of things, checking over records and making sure the paperwork is in order. We have a few computers, but there is still a lot of manual logging that happens. It’s a quiet area mostly, away from the main noise of the city center. We just come in, do our hours, and head home. It is a very simple way of working, without any of the extra bells and whistles you see in bigger cities. We focus on getting through the stack of work on the table.
