Simplex

Simplex is based in Hooghly, specifically in the Old Kapas Danga area. We operate out of the C/O Rup Chand Nandi address. It is a bit different from the big city offices you see in places like Kolkata. Out here, things move a little slower, but we still keep ourselves very busy. We are a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. The office is part of the local landscape, and most people in the post and district know where we are. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure our materials are ready for whatever project we are working on. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. We don't use much fancy technology; we just use what works and keep our records in order. Hooghly is a good place to be because the community is tight-knit. We’ve known our neighbors for years and they know they can just stop by if they need something. We don't have a polished image to maintain. We are just real people who live and work in the same area. It’s an honest living, and we take a lot of pride in just staying steady and getting our tasks finished every day.
