Simplex Infrastructures Limited

You can find us at Flat No 5E in the Neelkanth Apartment building. It’s located near the Gandhi Nagar CCL Colony in Ranchi, which is a fairly well-known area. Being in an apartment means the Simplex Infrastructures Limited office feels more like a home that’s been turned into a workspace. We use the different rooms for different departments, and the kitchen area is mostly just for making tea and storing tiffin boxes. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but we’re used to it. Looking out the window, you can see the colony and the people going about their business. It’s a lot quieter than being right on a main highway, which is nice for when we need to focus on technical drawings. Ranchi has its own pace, and we definitely feel that here. The office has that lived-in look with stacks of paper and calendars marked up with deadlines. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’re in the right place. The neighborhood is usually pretty busy in the mornings with people heading to work, and we are just one more group of people trying to get through our to-do list. It’s not a place where you’ll find a lot of corporate jargon, just straightforward talk about what needs to be done next. We keep things pretty informal with no dress code.
