In Ranchi, we are situated right in Ashok Nagar, just across from Gate No-5 in the Purun Bihar area. It’s a decent spot for us to keep our operations running. We are a construction and infrastructure company, though we don't spend a lot of time on fancy titles. Most of the work happens outside, where the ground is being broken and the structures are actually going up. The office is just a home base for the staff to organize things. Ranchi has its own set of challenges, especially with the weather and the terrain, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't into big marketing slogans or trying to sound more important than we are. We just take on the projects, get the materials to the site, and make sure the work gets done. It is often dirty, loud, and physically exhausting, but that is what we signed up for. Our guys are a tough group who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We try to keep things simple and honest. If there is a problem on a site, we go down there and sort it out. That is pretty much the whole story. We keep our tools ready and our heads down, focusing on the next slab of concrete or the next steel frame. It is a busy life, and there is rarely a dull moment when you are building for the city.
