We are located at Qr.No.B /3 -527 in the HEC Dhurwa area of Ranchi. It is a bit of a different setup since we operate out of the quarters here, but it works for us and the people we deal with. Being in Jharkhand, we have seen the city grow quite a bit, and we have been part of that by developing local plots and promoting new spots for people to settle down. Our desk is usually covered in site maps and government forms because the paperwork part of developing land takes up a lot of time. We spend our mornings checking out different sites in Ranchi and our afternoons back here in Dhurwa sorting out the details. It is not a corporate office with glass walls; it is just a practical room where we get things done. We talk to people who want to buy land or build something new, and we try to give them the facts without any fluff. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather gets too hot to work outside, but we keep the momentum going. We know the HEC area very well and have been around this part of Ranchi for a long time. It is a steady life of looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful for the community. We just take it one project at a time and keep our heads down.
