Shri Shyam Earthmovers

Our office is in room 307 of the R.R Tower. It is on Ratu Road, right opposite the Akashwani building here in Ranchi. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside the window. Shri Shyam Earthmovers is what we call ourselves. We deal with the heavy machines that dig and move earth for construction and stuff like that. The tower itself is pretty standard. We have some desks and a few chairs for when people stop by to talk about hiring a machine for a project. It can be a bit of a struggle to find parking on Ratu Road sometimes, which is a bit of a headache for everyone. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but with so many different sites going at once, it gets a bit messy on the desks. I usually have a cup of tea on my desk and a bunch of keys for the different equipment we have out in the field. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what machines are available and when they can have them. Ranchi is growing fast, so there is a lot of work to be done. We are just one part of that, I guess. The office is usually quiet unless the drivers are in there. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving along properly for the customers.
