Sharma General Store

Sharma General Store has been around in the Upper Bazar area for a while now. We are right near Saheed Chowk. It’s a busy spot here in Ranchi and there is always some noise from the street. People come in for all sorts of things they need at home. It’s not a big fancy supermarket or anything like that. Just a regular store where you can find what you need without a lot of fuss. I’ve lived in Ranchi all my life so opening a shop here felt like the right thing to do. The shop stays open most days of the week. Sometimes the shelves look a bit messy but we know where everything is kept. If you're walking around Upper Bazar you’ll probably see our sign. We try to stock up on the things our neighbors ask for most often. It's mostly just me and a couple of others helping out with the heavy lifting. We don't have a big website or a social media page to show off. We just show up and open the doors every single morning. Ranchi - 834001 is where we are located. It gets quite crowded in the evenings here when everyone is heading home. That’s when most people finish work and stop by to pick up groceries or soap or whatever they ran out of during the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. But the shop stays pretty much the same as it always was.
