We’ve been working out of the Gagi area in Kanke for a while now. Shah And Costruction Co. Pvt. Ltd As A "Safety Officer" is basically where we manage the local building projects around Ranchi. It’s a busy spot near Md. Abbas Ali’s place. Most days it’s just about getting the crew ready and making sure everything on the site goes okay without any big issues. Construction is tough work, especially when the weather in Jharkhand gets really hot or rainy, but we keep at it. Juber Ali handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff here. We don't have a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we look at plans and talk to the workers. People around here know where to find us if they need something done or have a question about a project. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We try to stay focused on the actual building part because that’s what matters at the end of the day. The address is easy to find if you’re familiar with the Kanke district. It’s just a regular local operation, nothing too complicated. We spend more time on the ground than behind a desk, which is how we like it. There’s always something to fix or a new load of materials arriving that needs to be checked. It keeps us on our toes for sure.
