We are over at Kushwaha Niwas on Maachis Factory Street. It’s in the Alkapuri area, near Ratu Road in Ranchi. Our office name is Santosh & Associates. The street name is funny to some people, but it’s a landmark for us. We’ve been working out of this house for a while. It doesn’t feel like a cold office building; it feels more like a home. We have a few rooms set up for our work. It’s a bit of a maze with all the files sometimes. Ratu Road is always buzzing with people and cars. We like being in Ranchi, it’s a good city with hard-working people. Our team is just a few of us who know the business inside out. We don’t use a lot of technical talk when we explain things to people. We just say it how it is. If someone comes in with a problem, we sit down and look at it together. There’s no rush. We usually have some biscuits and tea around if you’re waiting. Kushwaha Niwas is a recognizable spot once you get onto the street. We don’t have any fancy brochures or marketing people. We just rely on the work we do. It’s been that way since we started. Most of our clients live nearby or have been coming to Alkapuri for years to see us. We like the familiarity of this place and our neighborhood.
