You can find us on Baldeo Sahay Lane, right off Church Road in Ranchi. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character. We work on housing stuff. People around here know the lane. It’s not a huge office but it’s where we do everything. We’ve seen Ranchi grow a lot lately. Church Road is always busy, but our lane is a bit quieter. We spend our time helping people with their housing needs. We don't have a big marketing team. It's just a handful of us making sure things get done. We deal with builders, buyers, and everyone in between. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with all the documents and meetings, but that’s the nature of the housing business. We like being in this location because it's central. You can get almost anywhere in the city from here. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We prefer to just talk to people like normal humans. If someone has a question about a project, they just walk in. The building we are in has been around for a while. It feels like home to us. Baldeo Sahay Lane is narrow, so parking can be a real headache if you bring a big car. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw. The office gets quite warm in the summer, but we have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving. We’ve been at this for a long time. The housing market in Ranchi is always shifting. We just try to keep up with it all. There’s a lot of talking. We don't have a showroom.
