Sanjay Kumar Wadhwa

My office is at 304 in the Shrilok building on H B Road. It’s a busy street in Ranchi, and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. I’m Sanjay Kumar Wadhwa, and I’ve been working from this location for quite a while now. The building is one of those older ones that has its own character. Inside my space, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of files that need tending to. I spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who drop by for advice or help with their paperwork. It’s not a flashy setup, but it’s practical for what I do. I like being on H B Road because everything is close by. If I need to grab a quick snack or meet someone at a cafe, it’s just a short walk. The work can be a bit repetitive, day in and day out, but I enjoy the routine of it. I usually get in early before the noise of the city really starts picking up. It’s my quiet time to get through the hardest tasks. Later on, the place fills up with people and the usual office chatter. I don't really bother with big advertisements or anything. Most of my work comes from people who know me or were told about me by someone else. It’s a simple way to run a business and it keeps things personal and manageable.
