We’ve been based in Ranchi for quite some time now. Our office is located right near Sujata Cinema, just by Roops Beauty Parlour on 13 Main Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic, but it keeps us in the middle of everything. Sahodara Construction & Developers Pvt. is a local team. We handle building projects and development work around Jharkhand. Most of the time, we’re out on site dealing with materials and labor. It’s physical work and things don’t always go exactly as planned, but that is just the nature of construction. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We prefer to just show up and do the work. The office is easy enough to spot if you know the cinema landmark. We’ve seen the city change a lot recently, and we are part of that change, one project at a time. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, or supplies get delayed, but we manage. We aren’t a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a practical group of people who know how to put buildings together. If you are ever on Main Road, you can stop by. We usually have someone there during the day, unless we are all out at a site. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay busy. Our team is small and we just get on with it.
