Sahara India

This is the Sahara India office at Burdwan. We are located care of Sri K.P. Sinha at Vikas Kunj, 40-Burdwan. It is more of a residential setup than a commercial one. That’s just how we have things set up here. We’ve been using this space for a long time now. It feels familiar and comfortable to us. The rooms are filled with folders and registers because we still do a lot of things by hand rather than using machines. Mr. Sinha has been around for ages, and everyone in the neighborhood knows the house. It’s a bit away from the main noise of the town, which is good for focusing on the books. We don't have a lot of people working here, just a small group of us. We take care of the paperwork that comes in from the local area. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it when the lights come on. It’s a simple life for us. We don't need fancy furniture or glass walls to do our job. A sturdy table and some good pens are usually enough. The garden outside Vikas Kunj is nice in the winter months when the flowers bloom. Visitors usually find us easily because the house is a local landmark. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s required of us day after day. It’s a steady routine.
