We have been based at 2nd Lane Hill View Road in Bariatu for a good bit of time now. Rks Construction Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all our local building stuff here in Ranchi. Our address is right in the 834009 zip code area of Jharkhand. It isn't some high-rise office building, just a normal place where we keep our files and meet up with the foremen. Usually, you will find us out on a site rather than sitting behind a desk all day. We started this because we knew the area and saw how much was changing in Ranchi. Hill View Road is a busy enough place during the morning rush. The office is really just for the logistics and making sure the supplies get where they are supposed to go. We keep things straightforward. No one here wears a suit unless they have to. We are mostly in our boots. It’s a small team, really. We like being in Bariatu because it’s close to most of our active projects. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few trucks parked nearby. We just focus on the construction side of things and try to stay on schedule. It is hard work but it keeps us going. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for years now and know the people around here. There is always something to fix or plan. It is a simple operation and we like it that way.
