R.K.S Construction Pvt. Ltd. is based at B-18 in Vasundhara Garden, over in the Bariatu section of Ranchi. Construction is hard work, and our office certainly reflects that. It isn't a showroom. This is a place where we keep our tools, our plans, and our muddy boots. Ranchi has been expanding so fast lately. We’ve been lucky enough to be a part of some of that growth. A big fleet of trucks or hundreds of workers isn't something we have. We have a solid crew that we trust, and we only take on projects we know we can handle. Most of my day is spent traveling between different sites to check on the progress. I have to make sure we have enough cement or bricks for the next stage. When I do get back to the office, it’s usually just to catch up on the paperwork. It’s a simple life. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. People just see the buildings we've done and give us a call. Everything from small houses to boundary walls is within our scope. Seeing something standing where there was nothing before is very satisfying. We’ve had some tough times with bad weather or late supplies, but we always find a way to finish. We are just a local company. B-18 in Vasundhara Garden has been our home base through all the ups and downs of the construction world and we plan to stay here.
