Our office is located in the Springvalley apartment complex, specifically in Phase 2, Block C, Room 4C. It’s in the Lower Burdwan Compound area of Lalpur in Ranchi. Mukesh Kumar Sinha runs things here. It’s a busy part of the city, and the apartment is usually filled with the sounds of people moving around and cars outside. We do real estate and tech work, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. It’s not a very big space, just enough for our computers and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running down to the registry office to get documents signed. Lalpur is a central spot, so we get a lot of people just dropping by to ask about what is available in the neighborhood. We don’t have any polished sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what we know and try to help them find what they are looking for without too much trouble. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, which is annoying when you're in a hurry, but that's just life in a big apartment block. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in Ranchi. We just want to do our work properly and go home at a decent hour. It's a lot of small tasks that add up to a full day, and we try to keep things as organized as we can.
