We are based in Anand Vihar Colony, which is part of the Kadru area here in Ranchi. Our specific address is 399/9 and the pin code is 834002. Even though we have that ISO9001:2000 certification tag on our name, the office itself is pretty down to earth. We deal with construction stuff every single day, so there is always some talk about bricks, mortar, or timelines happening in the background. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to be too loud, though work is work. It’s a small team here and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes we have meetings that go long, and other times we are all out visiting different sites across Jharkhand. The office is where we handle the billing and the planning, so it stays fairly busy. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything, just a simple door that lets people know where we are. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been around for a while now and people in the colony know who we are. It’s not a complicated setup, just a group of people working together to get things built. We keep the files organized and try to make sure everything stays on track without making too much of a fuss about it. That is just how it goes for us.
