You can find us over at the Rcp Complex, right on the third floor. We are located in the Kadru area of Ranchi, which has seen a lot of changes lately. Construction is a messy business, so having an office to come back to helps us keep our heads straight. The Jharkhand weather can be unpredictable, but we manage to stay on schedule for the most part. It’s a regular office setup here, nothing you’d see in a magazine. We have blueprints scattered around and the sound of printers going is pretty common. People come in and out all day, mostly talking about materials or site progress. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home. There's a lot of climbing stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens occasionally. We don't really bother with fancy decorations because we are usually too busy focusing on the projects we have going on. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure the work gets done right. Ranchi is a growing place, and being in Kadru puts us right where we need to be to keep an eye on things. We keep our coffee pot full and our files mostly in order, and that seems to work out okay for us and the people we work with every day.
