Rajmitra Arvind Mills Llp is located over at Mehtoudarhmapur. It is a family-run kind of thing, following the footsteps of the late Ganesh Mehto. We operate a mill, and that means our lives are tied to the local crops and the seasons. It isn't a massive industrial complex. It’s more of a local operation where we know the people we are working for. The mill has been a part of the landscape here for some time. We spend a lot of our hours making sure the machinery is running like it should. There is always a layer of fine dust on everything, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We don't use fancy talk or have a big corporate strategy. We just look at what needs to be milled today and we get to it. Mehtoudarhmapur is a place where people know their neighbors, and we are no different. Sometimes we sit on the wooden benches outside the mill and talk about the harvest or the weather. It’s a practical way to live. We don't have a marketing department. Our work is what people see when they get their flour or grain back. It’s honest work that keeps us tired but satisfied at the end of the day. We are just here, doing what we know how to do, in the same place we've always been for the people around us.
