R Bansal & Associates is located on the second floor of the Sri Gopal Complex. This building is right on Kutchery Road, which is one of the busiest streets in all of Ranchi. If you’ve spent any time in this city, you know that Kutchery Road is where all the legal and official work happens. Our office is easy enough to find once you get into the complex. The second floor is usually quite active with people coming and going from various offices. The complex itself is one of those older commercial buildings that has seen a lot of history. It’s got a bit of a lived-in look, which we actually prefer over those glass-and-steel towers. The office space is pretty basic. We’ve got enough room for our desks and all the documents we have to keep track of. Sometimes the hallway can be a bit noisy when people are talking outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. The best thing about being on Kutchery Road is that everything is within walking distance—banks, post offices, and plenty of places to grab a quick snack or a meal. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy reception area. It’s just us doing our work every day. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We’ve been here for a good while and it feels like the right spot for the kind of work we do. There is always a lot of movement around here, and it keeps us on our toes.
