Our place is in the Vishwagiri Apartment, right on Joda Talab Road in the Bariatu area of Ranchi. It’s 1D, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re looking for it. We handle a lot of property things around this side of town. Bariatu has a lot of hospitals and schools, so it is always busy and there is always someone looking for a place or trying to sell one. We aren't some big firm from a movie; it is just a couple of us working out of this apartment. The view of the road is okay, though the noise from the traffic can get a bit much during the day when everyone is rushing around. We spend our time checking on building progress or talking to owners who are worried about their tenants. It’s a lot of small details that you have to get right, otherwise, everything becomes a mess later on. We have piles of folders on the desks and sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper from one side to the other. But we get things done eventually. People around Joda Talab know us, and we try to be helpful when someone asks a question about the local market. It’s just a regular local business, nothing flashy, just trying to make a living in Ranchi. We usually close up early on Saturdays to get some rest. It is a steady life and we are happy with that.
