Pratibhas Career Empowerment

Our place is located at 26/A on East Jail Road in Ranchi. It’s a pretty straightforward setup here. Ranchi has changed a lot over the years, but this part of town still feels familiar to most people who have lived here a while. We deal with career empowerment, which basically means people come in when they are trying to figure out what to do with their jobs or exams. The office doesn’t have much in the way of decorations or anything special. There are some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of papers scattered around the place. Usually, the morning starts with checking messages and seeing who is coming in for the day. East Jail Road can get a bit congested during peak hours, so we are used to the sound of horns outside our window. We don't really do the big corporate thing here. It’s more about sitting down and talking through things one-on-one with whoever walks in. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to organize or a form to fill out. The name Pratibhas Career Empowerment is on the door, and that’s about it. We’ve seen a lot of students and young professionals walk through those doors over time. Everyone is just trying to get ahead or find a decent path for themselves. We just provide the space and the time to help that happen. It’s just us doing our daily work in a corner of Ranchi.
