Our office is right there in Mm Market at Bit More. It is a busy spot because of the college students and people moving around Mesra all day long. I spend a lot of my day on the phone talking to drivers or checking where the cars are currently located. The chairs in the office are a bit old now but they are comfortable enough for waiting around. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions or get prices for a trip to the train station. We have a small desk where all the keys and registers stay. It can get quite loud outside with all the traffic at the junction. My cousin usually sits here in the afternoon so I can go home for a quick lunch. We started this because we knew the roads around Ranchi very well. It is not a corporate setup with uniforms or fancy computers. We just use what we have to get the job done for everyone. Sometimes a trip gets delayed because of the heavy rain or a breakdown, and then we have to manage things quickly. That is just how the travel business goes. We keep a map on the wall but mostly the drivers know the shortcuts better than any paper. If you are walking around Bit More, you will see our board near the market entrance. We open early in the morning and stay until the last booking is sorted.
