Poornima Handicrafts Jaipur

Even though the name says Jaipur, we are actually located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, specifically at K/19, Shyamali Colony. It gets confusing for people sometimes, but we’ve been at this address for a while now. The house has a dedicated area where we store all the handicraft items. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood, so we don't get a ton of walk-in traffic, which suits us just fine. Most of our day is spent packing boxes and checking the quality of the items that come in from the workshops. Jharkhand has its own vibe, and being in Ranchi feels different from the busier cities. We have a small storage room that’s basically packed to the ceiling with crates. My brother handles most of the shipping stuff while I take care of the inventory logs. We often have tea on the porch when the weather is nice. The 834002 area is pretty well-connected, so getting the couriers to pick up isn't usually a problem. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit tricky, and we have to move everything away from the windows to keep the wood and fabric dry. It’s a small family-run setup, and we don’t really have any big plans to expand into a massive warehouse. We just like doing our work here in the colony and keeping things manageable. It’s a slow pace, but it works for us.
