Pasa Realtors Llp is tucked into Pasa House on Circular Road in Lalpur. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around here with all the shops and people moving back and forth. We've been set up in this building for a while now, working under Prakash Chand Agarwal’s space. It’s a practical setup, mostly just desks and files piled up. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons usually involve some local travel. Lalpur has a lot going on, so there's always something to keep us busy. The office isn't particularly fancy, it's just a place where we do our work and drink way too much tea. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork gets ahead of us. We've seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years. We just focus on what's in front of us each day. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in notebooks. We don't really do the whole corporate thing; we're just local people doing a job. It gets loud outside with the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s just how things are here. We have an old fan that makes a clicking noise, but it keeps the air moving. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of tasks we have for the day. It isn't always exciting, but it's what we do.
