Pankaj Tayal & Associates is over at Panchwati Plaza, specifically in Room No 510 A. The plaza is on Kutchery Road, which is pretty much the administrative hub of Ranchi. Being right opposite Jai Pal Singh Stadium is a huge plus because it’s the easiest way to tell people where we are. You just look for the big stadium and the plaza is right there. The office is on the fifth floor, so we spend a fair amount of time waiting for the elevator, which can be a bit slow during the busy morning hours. Once you get up to 510 A, it’s a standard office environment. We have our files, our computers, and a couple of chairs for visitors. The view from this high up isn't too bad, you can see the activity on the road below and a bit of the stadium grounds. Kutchery Road is always full of lawyers, government workers, and people running errands, so there’s a lot of energy around the building. It’s a very busy area, and parking can be a real headache if you don’t get here early. We’ve settled into this space quite well over the years. It isn’t anything fancy or high-end, just a functional place where we spend our nine-to-five. Most days are spent handling paperwork and talking to people who drop by. It’s a solid, reliable spot in a very central part of the city, and we like the convenience of having everything nearby.
