Panchwati Promoters Pvt. Ltd. is located in Ranchi, which is a city that is always expanding. Our office is set up at the address of Shri Goberdhan Bhagat. We are in Dhawan Nagar, which is part of the Gandhi Nagar area. Most people just use Kanke Road as the main way to get here. It is a well-known area and quite easy to navigate once you are on the main road. Our setup is not like a big shiny office building. It is more of a local, home-based feel since we are c/o Shri Goberdhan Bhagat. This works well for us because people in the neighborhood know the name and feel comfortable coming by. We handle land promotion and property matters around Ranchi. It is a lot of talking to people and checking out different sites in the district. We don't have any slick marketing materials or big corporate goals. We just like doing our work and helping folks get their property stuff sorted out. The office usually has some tea going and we just sit and discuss the local real estate market with whoever drops in. Kanke Road can get very busy with traffic during the day, so it is nice to be a bit tucked away in Dhawan Nagar where it is a little more peaceful. We have been around for a while and we just take things as they come, day by day, without making things too complicated.
