We are over here at Tara Tower on Radium Road in Ranchi. It is a big building and we take up the 3rd and 4th floors. People know the spot because it’s a busy area. We have been working out of this space for a while now. Binay Kr Gupta is the one listed on the paperwork, and he’s the son of Rameshwar Lal. Mostly we just handle the day-to-day things that come with being a Nidhi company. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic on Radium Road but that is just how it is in this part of town. If you are looking for us, just head up the stairs or take the lift to the higher floors. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office where we get our work done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we manage. The staff here is mostly local folks from around Ranchi who know the streets well. We try to keep things simple and don't bother with a lot of those big corporate rules that don't make sense to us. It’s a plain place with desks and chairs and files. We spend most of our time looking at paperwork and talking to people who come by. It’s not a complicated setup. We just stay here and do what needs doing every day until it's time to go home to our families. It is a long day but it is good work.
