Oss Retails Pvt Ltd is located in Gaytri Tower on Purulia Road. We are quite close to the Cafe Coffee Day, which is a good landmark for anyone coming to see us. Even though the name says retail, a lot of what we do here involves managing various services and travel needs for people in the Ranchi area. Purulia Road is always moving, and our office sees a fair amount of foot traffic because of where we are situated. It’s a typical office setup with computers and files everywhere. We don't go in for big decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting through the tasks of the day. Sometimes that means sorting out a travel itinerary and other times it's about handling general enquiries. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well. We start early and usually stay until the work is done. It's not a fancy life, but it keeps us busy. People around here know us as the place in Gaytri Tower where they can get things sorted without a lot of trouble. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in because they were passing by or someone they know told them we were alright to deal with. It’s just how we operate. We have been in this same spot for quite a while now.
