Our location on H.b. Road is pretty easy to find since we are right beside the Reliance Fresh. Orchid Medical Centre Pvt Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite some time now. Working right beside a big store like that means we see the neighborhood change through the day, from the early morning grocery shoppers to the evening rush. The building is a solid structure, and we occupy a good part of it. Inside, things are kept simple. We have the usual desks, chairs, and medical gear you’d expect. It’s not about having the fanciest interior; it’s about making sure everything works when it needs to. The staff here on H.b. Road just get on with things. We have a lot of paperwork to manage, and the computers sometimes take their time, but we manage. You’ll often see us standing outside for a quick break near the entrance when it's not too crowded. The street outside is almost always full of cars and rickshaws, so it’s never really quiet here. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city right outside our windows. It’s a practical setup, meant for the people who live and work around this part of town. We don't put on any airs; we just keep the doors open and do our jobs day in and day out without much fuss.
