We set up shop in Tiril, over in the Delatoli part of Kokar. Our place is on the first floor, right near Maher Ashram if you’re looking for a landmark. It’s a decent spot, though finding the exact building number, 2240/B50, can take a minute for first-timers. We do a lot of architectural drawings and planning right here. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space with enough room for our drafting boards. Most days, we’re just huddled around a computer or looking at blueprints. Kokar is a busy part of Ranchi, so there's always something going on outside. We like being close to the action. Sometimes we have clients come in, but usually, we’re the ones heading out to see how the foundations are coming along. We’ve got stacks of paper and empty tea cups scattered around by the afternoon. It gets a bit hectic when we have a big submission due, but we manage. We aren’t the type of firm that has fancy coffee machines or a reception. It’s just a few of us working hard. We know the local guys around here, and it feels like a good community. The light in the afternoons is actually pretty nice through the windows. We've been working from this location for some time and it suits what we do perfectly. It’s a bit messy sometimes but that's just part of the creative process. We find that working in a regular neighborhood keeps us grounded in reality.
