Optricks Web Solutions Llp is our little setup in Ranchi. You can find us on Haider Ali Road in the Kokar area. We are located at Greec Kerketta’s place in the New Colony neighborhood. It is a pretty good spot because it is central but not too loud. We mostly do web stuff, helping people get their ideas onto the internet. Our office is not a big corporate space. It’s just a couple of rooms with some tables and chairs where we keep our laptops. We are a small team and we like it that way. There is a tea stall just down the road where we go when we need a break from looking at screens. Kokar is a lively part of Ranchi, and there is always something going on. We don’t wear fancy clothes to work. Most days it is just jeans and a t-shirt. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall. We just show up and do the work that needs to be finished. Sometimes we stay late if a project is proving to be difficult. Other days we might finish early and go for a walk. It is a very flexible and human way to run a business. We are glad to be part of the community here on Haider Ali Road. It feels like a real place with real people, and that is how we like to work every single day.
