Our foundation has a long name, Nurturing Innovations For Sustainableand Rapid Growth Foundation, but we are just regular people working out of Ranchi. You can find us at Nehal Raj’s place on Shivaji Lane, right off Harmu Road. It’s a central enough spot, so it’s not too hard to get to. The lane is usually a bit busy with people coming and going. We have a small setup here where we handle our daily business. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and get to work. The office is filled with papers and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking and trying to figure things out. It’s not always pretty, but it’s real work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look fancy. We just stay here on Shivaji Lane and do our thing. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes a lot of noise on the roof, but we just keep going. People from the neighborhood know we are here if they need to find us. It’s a decent place to work from and we’ve made ourselves at home here over the years. We take it one day at a time and focus on the practical side of things without any grand talk.
