Novelty Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is located out in Lowadih, near the Lichi Bagan area in Namkum. It’s a pretty quiet part of the town compared to the main city center. We’ve got our setup here and we basically just handle the pharmaceutical side of things. It’s mostly just us working through the daily list of tasks. The address can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but once you see the lichi trees you know you're close. We aren't doing anything flashy. Most of the time is spent managing stock and making sure everything is stored properly. Dealing with medicines requires a lot of attention to detail, so we spend a lot of time reading labels and checking dates. Some days are busier than others, especially when a shipment comes in or goes out. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. It's just a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets a bit muddy when it rains, but that’s just how it is in this part of Namkum. We just keep moving along. The neighbors are nice enough. We’ve been at this for a bit now and we’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the business. It’s just regular work for us, nothing more.
