Nlc Nalco India Limited

We are based out of the Ishteyaque Coal Depot in Ranchi. It’s a bit of a rugged spot, being near the coal operations, but it suits Nlc Nalco India Limited just fine. The address is simple, and the location is even simpler once you get there. There’s a lot of dust and heavy trucks moving around most of the time. Our office is just a small building within the depot area. It’s definitely not a place where you’d wear a suit and tie. We wear our boots and keep things moving. Inside, it’s mostly just the basics—some desks, a few chairs, and a computer that gets a bit slow sometimes. We handle the local logistics and the coal movements from here. Jharkhand is a tough place for this kind of work, but we’ve gotten used to the pace. The weather can be quite extreme, either very hot or raining cats and dogs. We just take it as it comes. There’s a small shack nearby that makes really good tea, which is where we usually take our breaks. We don't have a big corporate team here, just a few of us who know the business and the local area. It’s a no-nonsense kind of setup. We focus on getting the trucks out on time and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best.
