If you are looking for New Osiss Foundation, you have to head over to Piska More in Ranchi. We are on the second floor of the Amit Purnima building. It is in Tangra Toli, right near where Rambali Sinha’s place is. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit steep if you are carrying stuff, but once you are up there, the view of Itki Road isn't too bad. Ranchi is a busy city these days, always a lot of noise and cars honking down below. Our office is just a regular setup. We have some files stacked up and some old computers. It gets a bit crowded when more than four people are in the room at once, but we make it work. Most of us take the local bus or a rickshaw to get here. The traffic around Piska More can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up and head out before it gets too jammed. It is a bit dusty inside sometimes because of all the construction happening nearby, but that’s just life in a growing town. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door so people know they have the right place. It’s mostly just us sitting around the table discussing the day's tasks or drinking tea while waiting for a visitor. It’s a simple life here in Jharkhand.
