We’ve been here in Shay Market for a good while now, right near the Jain Mandir in Daltonganj. It’s a busy spot, and you can usually find us surrounded by a lot of tech stuff and tools. Most days, someone is tinkering with a machine or talking to a customer about what they need. It isn't a fancy place with bright lights or anything like that. We just have our desks and the shelves full of stock that we keep organized as best we can. Sometimes the market gets really crowded, especially around the temple, but we like being in the middle of it all. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. People stop by just to ask a question or see if we have a specific part in the back. Usually, we do, but if not, we try to figure out how to get it. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but that’s just how things are here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the equipment and how to handle the sales side of things. It’s practical work. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and our afternoons dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s nothing glamorous, just a regular day at the shop making sure everything runs okay. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but our spot stays pretty much the same, filled with wires and the sound of someone testing a connection.
