Ranchi is a place where things move a bit differently, and over here in Namkum, it’s even more so. We are located in Tetri Toli, which is a spot that not everyone knows right away. The 834010 area has its own pace. Our building is simple, just four walls and a roof where we handle the daily grind. It’s not a corporate hub with elevators and fancy lights. We have a heavy iron gate and a small yard that gets muddy whenever it rains, which seems to happen a lot lately. Inside, the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We focus on the work at hand. Most of our employees live nearby, so we have a local feel to everything we do. We eat lunch together and talk about whatever is happening in town. It’s a quiet existence compared to the big cities, but there is plenty to do. The road leading up to us is a bit bumpy, so you have to drive slowly. We’ve been in this spot for several years now, and we’ve seen the trees grow tall around the fence. It is a straightforward way of living and working. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just show up every morning, open the locks, and start the day without much fuss or fanfare.
