We set up Shop No 12 in Sector 5 over by Birsa Chowk. It is right on National Highway 75, not far from Ratu Road. Being near the highway means we get a lot of travelers and trucks passing through. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly retail stuff and online orders. The shop is not very large, but we try to keep it organized as best we can. We spend a lot of time checking our inventory and updating things on the computer. It is a mix of a physical store and an online setup. Sometimes the internet acts up, which makes things difficult, but we manage to get through it. We are not some giant warehouse company with hundreds of staff. It is just a few of us making sure orders go out on time. The area around Birsa Chowk is always busy, especially in the late afternoons. We have a small counter where people can pick up things they bought. The walls are lined with shelves and we use every bit of space we have available. We do not have a fancy uniform or a big marketing budget. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. If you are driving down the highway, you can see our sign easily. It is a simple operation, really. We just like being part of the local scene here in Sector 5. We have been at this for a while now.
